The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to mooring fee requirements.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 33 of Chapter 291 of the Acts of 2004 is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. Section 10A of Chapter 91 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 official edition, is hereby amended by striking out in lines 10 through 12 the words “but no mooring fee shall discriminate on the basis of residence;”. |
