The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to agricultural school transportation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 8A of chapter 74 is hereby amended by adding the following:- ;provided, however, that this section shall not apply to persons who are enrolled in an agricultural school under this chapter. Transportation for a person enrolled in an agricultural school shall be funded by the parents of the student, the student, or the legal guardians of the student. |
