The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act recognizing pharmacists as healthcare providers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The definition “Health care provider” in section 1 of chapter 111 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the words “registered nurse,” the following word:- pharmacist. |
