An Act relative to cancellation devices on voting machines.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.  Section 33 of chapter 54 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by striking out in the second sentence, the words “registering and cancelling” and inserting in place thereof the following words: and registering. 

              SECTION 2:  This act shall take effect upon passage.
