An Act to make a technical change to the Community Preservation Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 44B, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, following the words "Standards for Rehabilitation", the following words:- "and Standards for Reconstruction". Section 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
