The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act exempting hand packed ice cream from the state sales tax.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Subsection (h) of section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “ice cream”, in line 125, the following words:- “, including hand packed ice cream sold in 1 pint containers or larger”.
