An Act relative to indemnification and defense of public employees.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Chapter 258 section 14 is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph to the end, thereof:—

              Add a new Section 14 to M.G.L.A. c. 258 §14 Collective Bargaining Agreements

              A public employer and any certified collective bargaining representative of its employees
