An Act relative to the state highway route 116 scenic byway.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Chapter 240 of the Acts of 2008 is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “Savoy” the word “Cheshire” and further by inserting after the word “process” the following sentence:- “and future byway related implementation activities and projects.” |
