An Act relative to fire and physical damage insurance claims.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 53 of Chapter 44 of the 2008 Official Edition of the General Laws is hereby by amended by striking out the words “twenty” and replacing it with the following:- “two hundred and fifty”
