The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act returning the payment of bonuses to soldiers during the Persian Gulf War to the Treasurer's office.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 115 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:- The funding of the Persian Gulf War Veteran Bonuses shall be returned to the Office of the Treasurer and Receiver General from the Department of Veterans Services. |
