An Act relative to contributions to 401(k) by self-employed persons.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

                              SECTION 1.  Section 2(d)(1)(D) of Chapter 62 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking it in its entirety:-

                              SECTION  2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
