The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the retirement rights of tree climbers, tree surgeons, arborists and forestry specialists.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended to include all tree climbers, tree surgeons, arborists, and forestry specialists in Group 2 of the retirement system.
