An Act regarding work release programs.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 1. Section 86F of Chapter 127 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended in lines 22, 23 and 24 by striking out the following sentence: “At no time shall any inmates personally receive any monies, checks or the like from his employer.”
