An Act relative to foreclosed property.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1: The first paragraph of section 4 of chapter 194 of the acts of 2012 is hereby amended by inserting, in line 15, after the sentence ending “foreclosing owner”, the words:- The task force shall study the feasibility of requiring the creditor to place properties back on the market for sale within one calendar year of foreclosure.
