An Act to reduce the cost of government and create jobs.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 1. Sections 52, 53, 54, 55 and 56 of chapter 7 of the General Laws are hereby repealed.
