By Mr. Galvin of Canton (by request), a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 1688) of Steve Drobnis  for legislation to repeal the law requiring homeowners to submit certain information to local boards of assessors concerning the valuation of property.  Revenue.

An Act relative to the assessment of local taxes.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 1.              Section 38D of Chapter 59 of the Massachusetts general laws is hereby repealed.
