The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to criminal offender record information.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 172C of Chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after “Such entities shall obtain all available criminal offender record information” the following:— “and shall include all non-violent and/or financial crimes”. |
