An Act relative to school bus safety.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 7B of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 129 after clause (18) the following:- (19) Every school bus shall be equipped with a video camera monitoring system, with audio recording capabilities, for the purpose of ensuring the safety of bus passengers and drivers |
