The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to retiree check off.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 19 of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following at the end thereof:- Nothing in this Section shall prohibit the voluntary check-off deduction for membership in a retiree association or union and for voluntary programs relative to the association or union. |
