An Act further regulating dangerousness hearings .
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 58A of chapter 276 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 16 after the words “chapter 90,” by inserting the following:-

             

              “conviction and/or assignment to an alcohol or drug abuse treatment facility,”
