The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act to preserve historic markers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. There shall be appropriated a specified amount of not more than $200,000 for the Massachusetts Highway Department to pick-up, repaint, repair and refurbish the black upright markers at historic places installed pursuant to chapter 10 of the resolves of 1930. |
