An Act exempting towed campers from commercial license plates..
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any passenger car or truck with dual rear wheels, that is used for the purpose of towing a camper shall not require commercial license plates.
