The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act to impose a tax on cigarette rolling papers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following section. Section 2B. In addition to the foregoing tax there is hereby established an additional tax of $5 on the sale of tobacco rolling papers per package. |
