An Act relative to voter registration agencies.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 50 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 118, the following:- “and of all state agencies that provide public assistance or assistance to people with disabilities, offices that provide state-funded programs primarily engaged in providing services to people with disabilities, and any other offices which the state secretary shall designate by regulation” |
