An Act relative to MassDOT specifications..
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 4, subsection (b) of Chapter 6C of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the words “United States Code;” and inserting in place thereof the following:-

              United States Code. All projects undertaken by a municipality utilizing funding provided by the department pursuant to this section shall comply with department specifications;
