The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act to increase membership on the PRIM board.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 32 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition is amend in Section 23, sub-section (2A):
Section 1. by deleting the word:
nine in line 231 and substituting the word eleven
Section 2. by adding in line 245 after the word governor, two elected by members
of the Massachusetts Association of Contributory Retirement Systems Executive Board: from systems that have funds in the PRIT Fund, one from a regional or county board; and , one from a municipal retirement board,
