The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to traffic enforcement cameras.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9 of chapter 89 of the General Laws, As appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 10, after the words “traffic control devices” the following sentence:-
The department shall install traffic enforcement cameras at all major intersections east of interstate 495.
