An Act relative to wage enforcement statutes of limitations.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 27 of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 91, the figure “3” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 6.

              SECTION 2. Section 152A of said Chapter 149, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 75, the figure “3” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 6.

              SECTION 3. Section 1B of chapter 151 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the word “two” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 6.

              SECTION 4. Section 15 of said chapter 151, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the word “two” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 6.

              SECTION 5. Section 20A of said chapter 151, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the word “two” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 6.
