An Act to change new public housing regulation for new tenents.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

                              SECTION 1. All public housing authorities in the Commonwealth must show new tenents their apartment before they move in.

                              SECTION 2. If there are any problems in any public housing unit, the public housing unit should be fixed by all public housing authorities before all tenents move in.

                              SECTION 3. Any tenent that transfer or applies for a new apartment should have the right to a safe apartment before moving in to any public housing unit.
