The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to vocational school transportation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 7 of chapter 74 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:-
A municipality, wherein a person resides who is admitted to a day school in another municipality under this section, may, through its school committee, provide for the transportation of such a person.
SECTION 2. Section 8A of said chapter 74 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby repealed.
