The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act to facilitate municipal projects.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3A of said chapter 23A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 41-43, the definition of “Economic opportunity area” or “EOA”; and
by striking out, in lines 87, 92, and 101, the word “EOA”, and inserting in place thereof the following word:- ETA; and
by striking out the definition of “Expansion project EOA”; and
by striking out, in lines 111 and 112, the words “determined with reference to the project EOA”; and
by striking out, in line 125, the word “EOA” and inserting in place thereof the following word:-
ETA.
