An Act relative to residential mortgage foreclosures.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 35B of Chapter 244 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by Chapter 194 of the Acts of 2012, is hereby repealed.

              SECTION 2. Section 1 shall take effect on December 31, 2015.
