An act relative to carriers.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 21(b)(1) of Ch. 176(O) of the General Laws, as amended by Section 35 of Ch. 288 of the Acts of 2008, is hereby amended by adding after the word "shall" the following:--not.
