An Act relative to pensions.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, section 25 of chapter 21 of the acts of 2009 shall not apply to Thomas V. Brennan Jr.
