Dykema for legislation to prohibit the use of certain letters with a persons name to be falsely identified as a licensed physical therapist or physical therapist assistant.  Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure.

An Act Relative to Title Protection.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 23P of Chapter 112 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the following after "P.T.T":-

              "C.P.T", "D.P.T", “D.R.P.T.”, "Dr. P.T."
