An Act relative to dog pens and kennels.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 174E of Chapter 140, as appearing in Section 48 of chapter 193 of the acts of 2012, is hereby amended by striking out the words in subsection (b)(1)(i) “with a dimension of at least 100 square feet” and inserting in place thereof the following words :-

              "for the size of the dog"
