An Act relative to abatement applications.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 60 of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding, after the word “duties” in line 32, the following:- “; provided further, that the filer of the abatement application shall be entitled to copies of the application upon the filer’s request.” |
