The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act increasing coverage on certain insurance policies.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 108 of chapter 175 of the General laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “first”, in line 34, the following words:-
,a tiered health insurance policy plan providing coverage which shall include: an individual, an adult plus an individual and a family plan.
