An Act relative to Board of Bar Overseers annual registration fees .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 211 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:- Section 29. The Board of Bar Overseers shall not assess an annual registration fee on District Attorneys, assistant district attorneys and salaried public defenders employed by the Committee for Public Counsel Services. |
