The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to members of a local housing authorities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. That M.G.L. chapter 121B, section 3 be amended by adding the following paragraph at the end of the section: -
"Notwithstanding the oversight authority otherwise provided to the Department of Housing and Community Development under this chapter, no member of a local housing authority may be required to certify financial documents under the pains or penalties of perjury."
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
