An Act relative to farmer-distillery licenses.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 19E of chapter 138, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2 of paragraph (a) sub-section (5), the words “ in more than 1”, and inserting in place thereof the following words: “a,” and by striking out in paragraph (h) subsections (1), (3), (4), (5) and (6).
