The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to vehicles of visiting nurses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 22 of chapter 40 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the second paragraph the following paragraph: No penalty shall be imposed on any visiting nurse whose vehicle displays a visiting nurse placard issued by the Visiting Nurses Association. |
