The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to certain corporation filing fees for parent teacher organizations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Paragraph (g) of section 11C of chapter 180 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:— Where any parent teacher organization is required to pay a fee to file an annual report, the commissioner of administration shall waive this filing fee. |
