By Mr.  Vega of Holyoke, a petition (accompanied by resolve, House, No. 2201) of Aaron Vega for the establishment of a fund to provide grants to offset the cost of converting certain freight elevators to comply with the Americans with Disability Act standards.  Public Safety and Homeland Security.

Resolve to create a fund to offset cost of converting freight elevators to federal and state ADA compliance. .

 

              Resolved, Resolve, that a fund be created to provide grants to offset the cost of converting freight elevators to comply with all state and federal ADA standards, when the existing building is being converted from existing use.
