An Act to improve the excellence to teaching programs.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 19A of chapter 15A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended  by striking out, in line 25, the words "forty-eight" and inserting the following:- ninety-six
