The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act providing for an analysis of Route 60 in the town of Arlington.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general law, or special law to the contrary, the Department of Transportation shall conduct a comprehensive analysis of the rotary located on Route 60 in the Town of Arlington. The analysis shall include vehicle speed and pedestrian safety and will make recommendations on how to increase safety of both motorists and pedestrians in the area. |
