By Mr. Kennedy, a petition (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 120) of Thomas P. Kennedy for legislation relative to the expansion of certain school facilities.  Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure.

An Act relative to facility expansion                            .
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 87BB of said chapter 112, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the last paragraph the following paragraph:-

              Any school seeking to expand facilities into either contiguous or noncontiguous space must receive written approval from the board.
