An Act pertaining to the procurement of supplies or services.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 3 of Chapter 30B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in subsections (a) and (c), the amount: “$5,000” and substituting in place thereof the amount “$10,000”
