An act protecting victims of sexual assault. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: SECTION 1. Section 10 of chapter 209C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (e) the following subsection:- “(f) In a proceeding in which visitation of a child is being sought by a natural parent, if the child was conceived through the commission of a felony rape, the natural parent who committed the felony rape shall be denied visitation rights and contact with the child.” |
