An Act relative to the Department of Environmental Protection water pollution project regulations .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The Department of Environmental Protection shall promulgate regulations under 310 CMR 44.00 relative to projects receiving financial assistance from the state revolving fund which exempts a community in which 25-percent of the total land mass is protected as permanent open space. |
